Online Therapy for Individuals, Couples & Polyamorous Relationships in Washington State
Hi, I’m Camille A. Saunders (she/they), a licensed therapist providing online therapy for adults, couples, and families throughout Washington.
I specialize in relationship therapy, sex therapy, and mental health support for folks navigating anxiety, chronic pain, and communication struggles - especially within queer, polyamorous, and neurodivergent communities.
Whether you’re coming to therapy alone or with partners,
I support people navigating:
Anxiety and emotional overwhelm
Chronic pain or illness and its impact on relationships
Communication issues with partners or family
Sex and intimacy challenges
Polyamorous and non-traditional relationships
Self-advocacy and boundary setting
You don’t need to figure it all out before you reach out.
We’ll work together to understand your unique experiences and create a path forward that feels authentic to you.
Therapy That Honors Who You Are
As a neurodivergent, bisexual witch and relationship anarchist, I bring lived experience, humor, and radical empathy into the therapy room.
My goal is not to “fix” you—but to help you feel more connected, confident, and in control of your story.
I work with:
Individuals
Couples and multi-partner relationships
LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse folks
People exploring kink, non-monogamy, or alternative relationship structures

Why work with me?
I know how overwhelming it can be to seek support—especially if you’ve felt misunderstood, judged, or forced to fit into boxes that don’t reflect who you are.
I offer more than talk therapy; I equip you with tangible skills to make meaningful changes in your life.
My practice is grounded in affirming care, deep listening, and a commitment to creating space where all parts of you are welcome.
